One of the most common questions that the Board of Trustees receives pertains to Bent Tree Association’s policies on exterior improvements, specifically sheds, fences, and decks. We will approve your request as long as it conforms to the Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants, and Easements. Given our interpretation of the current, sometimes conflicting documents.

To paraphrase the Code, the Board of Trustees is charged with the responsibility of maintaining the aesthetics of the neighborhood, especially the green spaces. The Code and the Board of Trustees exist to maintain consistent standards in an attempt to protect property values in the community.
