Annual dues for association membership (assessment obligation as required per the Covenants, Restrictions and Easements) are $400 per calendar year, payable on January 1^st of each year in advance. In the event of a transfer of ownership, dues are prorated per day between the buyer and seller, as of the date of title transfer.
