Pavilion Rentals
Members in good standing (Annual Assessment full paid for the given calendar year) may request to rent the pavilion on any open day (see calendar below) by completing the below form.
The Pavilion Rental fee is $100 and is for the entire day rented from 8:00 am – 11:00 pm. Payment is due upon booking and is non-refundable unless 90 days prior to the event.
If the pool is open during the rental period it will be available to the member and their guests according to current guest limitations and upon obtaining a guest pass.
After-Hours Pool Rental
Members in good standing (Annual Assessment full paid for the given calendar year) may request to rent the pool after-hours on any open day (see calendar below) by completing the below form.
The fee for renting the pool after hours is $200 and includes the pavilion. The cost does not change regardless if pavilion is used or not. The after hours rental of the pool covers from 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm and is subject to availability of lifeguards. Payment is non-refundable unless 90 days prior to event or if Bent Tree Association must cancel for any reason.
