The Secretary to the board of trustees is required to maintain a listing of all members (homeowners) of the association. We now use a secure, online service to maintain the directory. This allows residents to easily maintain their own information directly and immediately. Optionally we collect additional information for a neighborhood directory. Items such as spouse's name, phone numbers, services offered like lawn mowing and babysitting are gathered along with names and ages of children. Periodically we provide all residents with a printed (paper only) copy of the directory. It is only available to residents. It does not contain email addresses and it is not emailed. Anyone who wishes to can opt out of having their information printed in the directory. However, even if you opt out of the printed directory, the Secretary is required to maintain a record of residents. and their contact information for association purposes.
Email addresses are considered personal information and as such are not shared, published, broadcast or otherwise made public.

and you will receive an email from us with a button that will take you to a secure site where you can make changes.
